Fast-rising actress, Yewande Adekoya definitely made a lot of wave with her sensational movie entitled IGBO DUDU.
Igbo Dudu was released on the 4th of July 2011 and it became a hit instantly. Within two weeks of the movie release, comments started flying around as regards the depth and originality of the movie's storyline.

YEWANDE ADEKOYA

Yewande Adekoya started her acting career in the year 2002 with the Alpha Bash Music and Theatre Group. This theatre group as at that time only dealt with stage performances which turned out to be a great training avenue for Yewande, whose natural talents wanted expression.

She made her debut production in 2006 with the popular television drama series, LIFE SECRET. The second season was later shot in 2007 before it was finally put on air. Life Secret was aired on 22 local stations in Nigeria in the year 2008 and was later aired on African Magic in 2009.

After that, she decided to try her hands on a yoruba movie project. She produced IGBO DUDU in 2009/2010 which was later marketed by Olasco films in 2011.
